5 session coaching package-for past clients only
This is for the person who wants to have some additional coaching, but only for those times when they feel like they need someone to bounce some ideas around. These sessions can be used anytime. These are reserved for past clients, so contact me for pricing.
These are for 5 60 minute zoom sessions.

3 months of transformation
This package is designed for anyone seeking relief from their current stressors and situations. It is a 1:1 transformative package for 3 months. Each session will be tailored according to what you feel that you need.
We will meet weekly on Zoom for 60 minutes. There is 3 sessions in each month with the 4th week dedicated to integrating the information and practices. Unlimited text message support during my office hours.
This can be purchased after completing the discovery calls. I will give you the link over text or email.
